New Delhi:4th March :Mr.Abdus Shamim:odishabulletin correspondentShamim Sahara Chief Subrat Roy stained with ink while he was brought on his heels to the Supreme Court days after he was arrested followed by a direction being given by the Apex Court.While Subrat was going up the stairs ,person around hurled shouts at him addressing him as “Chor of the Poor”………Upon the direction of the Apex Court , Subrat Roy was under court’s order to return Rs. 20,000 crore to investors and that not being complied with treated to be a kind of violation of the mandate of the Court and therefore Mr.Roy was visited with NBW being produced before the concerned bench .There are certain  national property in which Sahara had sponsored through its work. The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) declared Sahara failed to fulfill with a 2012 court order to pay back to investors.
The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) will receive worth Rs. 200 billion as security, And Sahara ordered by the court  that Sahara not sell any of its property. Sahara’s spokesman remain Silent and did not reply to calls and emails seeking comment; As Sebi slope down to comment on the case on Monday
SEBI’s attention is on the financial products, which includes selling of that product from largely to small investors in towns and rural area, which makes of more than one million employees and agents; the company lacks lucidity to produce the financial data and usage of funds.
