Bhubaneswar: 05.03.14: Narvada Chaudhary (OBB/S.C): Biju Pattnaik Jayanti: Biju Pattnaik who had always been riding the horse of “Vijay” and who had earned high repute to the state of odisha had held his incarnation in this small state of odisha particularly today which is thus named as “Panchyat Raj Diwas”. Biju Pattnaik is for the people, of the people so also by the people and being associated from the grass root, today is being celebrated as a “Panchyat Raj Diwas”. In his lovable memories the BJD party workers and patriots from different walks of life joined this calibration held at Bhubaneswar and similarly Biju Jayanti has been observed in different parts of the state rising beyond cast, creed, religion, section and tribes.
