The unwelcome behaviour allegedly shown by Justice A.K.Ganguly to his law intern associate having gathered moss has guided him to ultimately resign from the top post where he was posted to protect the human rights ;but the irony is that he remained defeated to protect the right of his own associate ,the law intern.now law of the land set up by Ganguly will decide his fate ,intellectuals comment.Delay in justice is injustice .Similar situation as that of Tarun Tejpal,Asharam Bapu has made a judicial corridor for justice A.K.Ganguly .Case of Ganguly is an educative lession for the judges in India those who drag themselves to the trap of corruption ,may he be justice Altmas Kabir or justice B.P.Das .While in judgeship some of the judges in higher judiciary appear to have misused their position and searched out comfort .this be dealt with properly,people suggest.
