OHRC probing the conduct of IIC Ashwini Kumar Sahoo Jajpur Road

Police authority vested upon the IIC Ashwini Kumar Sahoo is abused ,OHRC takes serious note

Bhubaneswar: 15.01.2014: IIC Jajpur Road Ashwini Kumar Sahoo is alleged to have falsely implicated one Chartered Accountant Mr.Rajesh Kumar Agrawal  in a case where no such allegation is ever available against him in the FIR nor by the informant ,but having manipulated the process of recording u/s 161 of Cr.P.C , the person is taken to custody and harassed which being an inroads upon the rights of a citizen, the Odisha Bulletin  bureau has taken this issue with the OHRC Commission and upon such statement ,the OHRC having found prima facie  have been pleased to register a case against the said IIC vide Jajapur Road P.S Case Case no. 159/2014 and thereby called upon the S.P Jajapur,Panikoili to report on such serious allegation with a period of 4 weeks and the hearing on the issue is thus posted to 24.02.2014.Still apprehend,IIC has the privilege to manage the S.P. who is otherwise learnt to be a part  of IIC because the comfort S.P is being looked after by the IIC. Strange proposition crept into administration where the governance is left in the hands of the such Government servants with an expectation to serve the people.In fact, a common man rushing to P.S get scared in spite of  the preaching police being people friendly.Judiciary and the police administration attached to ,is the Savior Belt of the humanity and the mass irrespective caste,creed,religion,sex and nature of habitat ;but at times the custodian of such belt get derailed from the cause ,so the entire mechanism set with high ambition becomes a nullity.
